End of the Semester Rush

So, I think I have found a solution to my sorority problem. I talked to the right people about my situation. I haven’t made a decision yet but I am closer. When I went to standards to talk to the president, financial advisor, and and standards committee, we were able to discuss more options.
I can either probate for next semester, drop, or another idea arose. The president of our chapter said we could stretch the money for one semester over two, considering I will be at semester at sea in the spring. I talk to my mom, and like usually she isn’t quite comfortable with my decision about money so she alway has to double check. Which is fine because I am still nervous about making big financial decisions on my own. Once she talks to the right person she will feel more comfortable and all will be well.

Other than the sorority thing, I’ve been super busy. Last weekend I had to get my life guarding certification renewed. If I had been at home, getting my certification renewed would have been way easier. But I had to go to a YMCA closer to me, which was an hour away. So I got up at 5:30 left my house by 6:30 and got there by 7:30 to make my 8:00 am class. In Dallas, I would have just taken the test on the last day and not have attended any of the other classes. But this lady way intense. I mean, I have been a life guard for two years and I understand this is serious stuff. I have had some scary situations and have had to make a couple of saves. But this lady was so intense she was worried about the small things like weather you came up on the left side of a passive spinal injury or not. I am here to tell you that it is not going to matter if you come up on the left or right side of a passive spinal injury. I promise! as long as you don’t curve the spine, keep the person straight, get them on a back board, and call 9-1-1, you’ll be fine. Any way, I had to go on saturday and sunday. Sunday was the test, but saturday night was my friends bachelorette party, and I am a bridesmaid so I had to be there. But I also had to study for my test. So needless to say, I was exhausted on sunday. So sunday rolls around and I take my 5 hour long water test, then the written test, then I come home and I have to write a 8 page paper. It was such a long weekend, but I passed everything and its all over now and I have finally caught on my sleep. Although I still have a lot of things to do, papers to turn in, and final projects to finish, I feel a lot better about where I am now versus a week ago when it come to school. And now that summer is only 3 weeks a way (omg this school year went fast) Im trying to get my “bikini” body back! not to mention I am in a wedding in 4 weeks! I got to look good! :)
